Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Treasury, Finance projects
- Provide techno-functional leadership across Treasury modules including Front Office, Mid Office, Operations, Finance and integrations with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion), Data Lake
- Manage production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Engage with Treasury application stakeholders including CFO office and Controllers
- Coordinate with vendors, AMS partners, and OEM
- Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness
- Robust experience in Treasury Applications (FMConverge FinMechanics) Cloud
- Hands-on exposure to manage modules like Deals (borrowings, investments), accounting, ALM modules
- Knowledge of financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes
- Experience in managing APIs, integrations, and security




- Knowledge of data flows between Treasury and external systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills & Strong stakeholder and vendor management
- Leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with Treasury Applications quarterly updates also On-time project delivery

SLA adherence & Stakeholder satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 10-12 years of IT experience with Treasury and Finance projects
- Prior hands on experience with Treasury Application ( FinMechanics / FMConverge) along with end to end project management and strong stakeholder management.
- Experience in managing large-scale enterprise implementations
- Experience of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
