Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective contract strategies.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners.
Job Requirements :
- 15-26 years of experience in contract management or a related field (e.g., procurement, project management).
- Robust Experience in mining projects also in mineral processing.
- Proven expertise in EPCPM (Engineering Procurement Contract Performance Management) processes.
- Experience in managing complex projects involving mineral processing equipment purchases.
