Role & responsibilities
Handle architectural design and development of residential/commercial real estate projects.
Prepare and review concept, schematic, working and GFC drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants.
Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes and approval requirements.
Coordinate with project/site teams and resolve execution-related design issues.
Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
Support material selection, design detailing and value engineering.
Coordinate with external consultants and ensure timely design deliverables.
Prepare presentations and 3D views for management, sales and marketing requirements.

AutoCAD Mandatory
Revit / BIM – Preferred
SketchUp – Mandatory
Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray – Preferred
Photoshop – Preferred
MS Office
