Role: Senior Associate Consultant - SAP FICO

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Location: India (Delhi/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Noida/ Pune)

Shifts: Japan, UK, and US rotational shift timings.

Responsibilities
Should have worked on Incidents, Tickets, Change Requests, and Change Management processes.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend creative solutions.
Serve as an productive consultant for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Should be able to adapt and work in a cooperative and high-performance work environment.
Should be willing to work in Japan, UK, and US rotational shift timings.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA (Finance or equivalent) or a related field.




1 - 3 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Associate Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S4 HANA environments.
Candidate should have relevant exposure in Financial Accounting i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
Should know FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME.
Good knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
Positive understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SAP certification in FICO / S4 HANA Finance is highly desirable.
Experience with SAP S4 HANA Finance is a plus.
