Key Accountabilities
Working with estate representatives and their legal teams to provide detailed information about the deceaseds NAB relationship, and NABs requirements to finalise an estate in a timely manner;
Completing process and documentation in support of estate management and finalisation;
Ensuring case notes are thorough, accurate and up to date to allow colleagues in Australia to liaise with the customer.
Managing the day to day deceased estates operational tasks such as but not limited to; Inbox, paper/zirco, cheques and vouchers, payments processing, core case management
Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. BCoP) obligations are adhered to
Consistent focus on customer experience delivered through written correspondence.
First point resolution - address any outstanding estate requirements through written correspondence
Quality case notes recorded to assist Australia-based colleagues who will be taking inbound calls/making outbound follow up calls.
