WE ARE HIRING | BENCH SALES RECRUITER The Swift Hire LLC is looking for a results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales to market consultants, build vendor relationships, generate prospects, and drive placements.

POSITION DETAILS:-

Experience: 1–2 Years – US IT Bench Sales

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh | Onsite

Shift: US Business Hours / Night Shift

Industry: US IT Staffing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Market and place IT consultants on bench with suitable clients and staffing vendors.
Generate requirements, submissions, interviews, and placement opportunities through vendor calls, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and clients.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts and drive opportunities through closure.
Manage consultant marketing, submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and placement closures.
Maintain accurate consultant and vendor information in the ATS/CRM.





WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:-
1–2 years of proven experience specifically in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong understanding of US IT Staffing, C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
Established US vendor/client network and experience working with staffing partners.
Robust communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
Proven ability to generate quality submissions, interviews, and placements.
Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a US shift.
