Role & responsibilities :-
1.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding to Exit (FNF)
2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law
3. HR Operations & Payroll
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
5. IR , Grivience handeling
Preferred candidate profile
MBA with min 4-5 Years in Pharam (Sales HR Only)
Fluent in Hindi & English
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and working knowledge of HRMS or payroll software.
Sound understanding of local labor laws, compliance frameworks
Solid communication, conflict resolution
CTC- Best in industry
