We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented DM Manager with solid expertise in Technical SEO and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage international clients and lead a team effectively.

The candidate must have prior agency experience and should be capable of independently managing SEO strategies, technical audits, organic growth initiatives, and client relationships while ensuring timely delivery and performance excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the SEO team while ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects
Develop and implement Technical SEO strategies to improve organic performance and website health
Perform technical audits including crawl analysis, indexing, schema implementation, Core Web Vitals optimization, and site architecture improvements
Handle international clients and maintain robust skilled communication




Coordinate with internal teams including content, development, and performance marketing
Monitor SEO KPIs, traffic growth, rankings, and conversion performance
Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth
Ensure timely delivery of reports, audits, and client deliverables
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and AI-driven SEO practices
Mentor and guide junior team members to improve productivity and performance
