Kantilal Patel & Co. (KPC) is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant in Taxation and International Tax in Ahmedabad.
The role offers exposure to Direct Tax, International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Master File, Foreign Remittances, GST, advisory and litigation, with prospects to work closely with clients and senior professionals.
Experience: 1–3 years post-qualification. Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience, technical capabilities and suitability.

Your Key Responsibilities
Direct Tax and Tax Advisory: Prepare and review income-tax computations and returns, handle tax audits and related compliances, and prepare tax opinions, technical notes and practical client advisories supported by legislative and case-law research.
Tax Assessments and Litigation: Handle scrutiny assessments, reassessments and other proceedings; draft notice responses and submissions for CIT(A), ITAT and other appellate matters; assist in developing litigation strategies and representing client positions.
Transfer Pricing: Handle compliance,



advisory and assessment assignments, including Form 3CEB, documentation, transaction analysis and benchmarking; assist in determining arm’s length prices and in litigation and appellate matters.
Master File: Prepare and review applicable forms and documentation covering group structure, business activities, intangibles, financing and international transactions. Coordinate with clients and overseas group entities to complete requirements on time.
International Taxation: Analyse cross-border transactions and DTAA provisions, including permanent establishment, withholding tax, beneficial ownership, PPT and LOB; prepare tax opinions and transaction advisories, with exposure to planning and structuring.
Foreign Remittance and Non-Resident Taxation: Analyse remittances, determine withholding tax under applicable law and DTAAs, review agreements and invoices, and handle applicable remittance forms and supporting documentation.
