osition: Senior CRM
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer relationships and CRM database.
Monitor leads, enquiries, sales follow-ups and customer interactions.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts and other internal teams.
Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and CRM reports.
Track pending orders, payments and customer commitments.
Ensure accurate CRM data entry and regular follow-ups.
Analyze customer data to improve retention, satisfaction and sales.
Guide junior CRM executives and ensure smooth CRM operations.
Maintain proper documentation and support management with reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
