Role Description The Senior Customer Care Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing complex customer interactions and ensuring a positive service experience. The role involves managing incoming queries via phone, email, and other channels, resolving escalated issues, and providing clear, timely information to customers.

The Senior Customer Care

Executive will monitor customer satisfaction metrics, identify recurring concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality. Daily activities include guiding junior customer care team members, supporting sales and retention efforts through effective communication, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s systems.



The individual in this role is expected to represent the organization professionally and uphold high standards of service at all times.

Qualifications
Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
Experience in Sales or upselling, with the ability to identify customer needs and align appropriate solutions.
Proven experience in a customer care or contact center setting, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Ability to manage escalations, handle high-pressure situations, and make sound decisions quickly.
Competence in using CRM or customer service software and basic office productivity tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent relevant experience; prior experience working in Bengaluru or similar markets is an advantage.
