We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead with 12+ years of HR/HRIS experience and solid hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) . The ideal candidate should combine deep HR business-process knowledge with strong SuccessFactors configuration and implementation experience.

The candidate will be responsible for leading Employee Central implementations, enhancements, integrations, rollouts, and support activities while working closely with HR business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and global project teams.

Business Rules, Workflows, MDF, Foundation Objects & RBP
