Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Air Ticketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for domestic and international flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Domestic & International Air Ticketing.
- Make flight reservations and issue tickets accurately.
- Handle reissue, cancellation, refund, and itinerary changes.
- Check fare rules, baggage allowance, and flight schedules.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and customers.
- Handle customer queries related to bookings and ticketing.
- Maintain accurate booking and ticketing records.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of ticketing-related issues.
- Work efficiently under pressure and meet daily targets.
