Key Responsibilities

Drive business performance tracking, P&L; analysis and forecasting for key business segments.
Analyse key metrics including NMV, revenue, contribution margin, logistics and marketing costs.
Prepare MIS, business reviews and management dashboards, highlighting key trends and variances.
Partner with Business, Operations, Marketing and other teams to evaluate financial impact of initiatives.
Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis / ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
Identify prospects for cost optimisation, profitability improvement and process automation.

Expected Qualification & Experience

CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, Financial Planning, Investment Banking, Consulting or a similar role.
Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer internet, retail or marketplace businesses would be an advantage.
Solid Excel / financial modelling and analytical skills; SQL / Power BI experience is a plus.
Solid business acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
