Sr. Executive – Customer Relationship Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sr. Executive – Client Servicing to manage existing paid clients, strengthen business relationships, drive subscription renewals, and generate additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Drive subscription renewals and ensure strong client retention.
Identify and generate upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Handle client queries and service-related concerns effectively.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with assigned clients.
Achieve monthly revenue targets through renewals and additional sales.
Maintain accurate client and business records.
Conduct local client meetings and visits when required.

Requirements
Graduate with minimum 9 months of relevant sales experience, OR




MBA with minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience.
Experience in B2B Sales, Client Servicing, Relationship Management, Subscription Sales, or Customer Success is preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented approach with valuable follow-up and client-handling abilities.
Must own a laptop and two-wheeler.
Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
