Customer Support Intern
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to assist customers with software-related queries and support requests. The candidate will work with the support and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Assist with basic software troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate support records.
Assist with software testing and user account setup.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Prepare basic reports and documentation.
Follow support processes and SLA timelines.
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of software and MS Excel.
Positive typing speed and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn technical/customer support.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Knowledge of ticketing tools, troubleshooting, or data formats is a plus.
