We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Receivable / Finance Executive to manage invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, GST and TDS-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely customer collections, processing transactions in Oracle ERP, and supporting month-end and statutory compliance activities.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collection processes.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Robust understanding of invoicing and customer account reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar accounting software.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis.
Strong follow-up, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience: [XX] years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Finance & Accounts.
Experience in an organization using Oracle ERP will be preferred.
