Job DescriptionAbout Position:
nWe are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 10 to 12 years of expertise in designing and delivering scalable, Ladder bifurcates. Staff FDE (IC): deep technical authority across engagements. Engagement Lead (Mgmt.): runs a portfolio 2 or more workstreams/PODs, manages 3–6 FDEs, owns outcomes.

IC: own the hardest problems agent architectures, eval frameworks, COBOL Java target-state; align with Enterprise Architecturen
IC: set cross-program technical strategy and reference architecturesn
Mgmt: own scope, staffing, demand forecasting, BCP and delivery governance (RAG, KPIs)n
Mgmt: own client satisfaction and project health• Architecture proficiency; target-state design (PCF→GCP, COBOL→Java, IBM MQ→Kafka)n
