nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a highly driven and clinically oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our Surgical Device business across India.
nThe ideal candidate must have solid exposure to government and private healthcare sectors.
nThis role requires a combination of sales leadership, surgical product expertise, clinical support capability, and relationship management within the Medical Device segment.
nKey Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth for surgical devices across region.n
Manage and expand relationships with key government and private hospital accountsn
Provide clinical and technical support during surgeries, demos, evaluations, and physician trainingsn
Work closely with surgeons, OR and procurement teamsn
Identify recent business prospects and lead product conversions from competitorsn
Coordinate product presentations,



workshops, and clinical education activitiesn
Support tender business, vendor registration, and regulatory/commercial processesn
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectivesn
Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysisn
Strong background in channel sales and distributor management, with the ability to build, manage, and grow distributor networks, drive revenue growth, ensure effective market penetration, and achieve business objectives across assigned territories.n

Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device salesn
Strong background in surgical businessn
Hands-on experience in clinical support and OT/surgical assistancen
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsn
Driving License is mandatoryn
Ability to work independently and manage key accounts strategicallyn
