Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving room and event bookings, promoting hotel services, and supporting revenue growth. This full time, on-site role in New Delhi involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing relationships with corporate and individual customers, and coordinating promotional campaigns across online and offline channels. The specialist will track sales performance, prepare reports,



and collaborate with the operations and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Daily activities include conducting market research, attending client meetings, supporting sales presentations, and assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, clients, and internal teams.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
Experience in Training team members or partners on sales and service standards and promotional offerings.
Background in hospitality or related service industries is preferred.
