Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, managing content calendars, and overseeing day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management.



The manager will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop campaign concepts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers and writers, ensuring brand consistency, staying updated on platform trends and algorithm changes, and preparing regular performance reports for clients. The role also requires direct client communication to understand objectives, present ideas, and provide ongoing strategic recommendations.
