10+ years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Robust expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, and Intune.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office, Identity, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
MS-102 Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certification preferred/required.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2019+, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Azure AD/Entra ID, AD Connect, SSO, and MFA.
Experience designing and maintaining secure systems based on least-privilege access principles.
Positive understanding of networking concepts, including subnets, routing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Strong PowerShell automation, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently own complex tasks.
