Basic :
Job roles include, but are not limited as follows:
Drafting, vetting, and preparing various Contracts in Media & Entertainment Law (Merchant Listing Agreements, Service Level Agreements, NDAs, Leave and License Agreements, MOUs, Demand Notices, Litigation, assisting in Non Litigation,Intellectual PropertyRights etc.)
Draft contract templates for all lines of business and upcoming special projects in the organisation.
Legal affairs and ensure that all business policies are in compliance with the current laws.
Day-to-day legal advice to the company etc.
