Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer
Experience Range: 5–8 years
Role Overview: Designs, trains, and deploys scalable machine learning models and Generative AI applications into production, moving experimental models into enterprise-grade tools.
Design and implement machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations (fine-tuning, RAG pipelines).
Build scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean, and process massive datasets for model training and inference.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy AI models into production microservices with low latency.
Monitor model drift, data quality, and system inference costs, continuously optimizing performance.
Must-Have Skills: Advanced Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), LangChain/LlamaIndex, MLflow, and cloud-based AI services.
