Role & responsibilities

Agency Audits & Governance: Lead and manage the team responsible for executing physical and virtual audits across third-party collection agencies, ensuring adherence to Code of Conduct and operational protocols.

Regulatory Compliance: Track, interpret, and implement current RBI mandates and guidelines regarding collections and recovery processes.

Audit & Observations Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Internal Audit, Operational Risk, and Compliance teams; track and resolve all audit findings and observations to closure.

Operational Risk Control: Identify process gaps, implement robust risk mitigation frameworks, and maintain standardized SOPs across all collection channels.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of audit field executives and virtual monitoring staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Collections, Financial Services, or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), with a solid background in Collection governance
