Role Overview:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and confident in managing end-to-end recruitment independently in a work-from-home setup. Experience in a startup or recruitment agency setting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Logistics
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards using Boolean search techniques
- Screen and shortlist candidates through telephonic and video interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and future mandates
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records, and MIS reports




- Achieve weekly and monthly closure targets within agreed timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of experience specifically in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory)
- Proficiency in sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Sound understanding of hiring processes, interview coordination, and offer management

Good to Have:
- Prior experience in a recruitment startup or staffing agency
