- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee sales floor layouts and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, minimize waste, and optimize stockroom organization.
- Supervise staff performance, provide coaching and training as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in retail management or related field.
- Solid knowledge of store setup, stock management, and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent inventory management skills with attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
