Role Description This is a full time, on-site Company Secretary role based at Focus Diagnostics’ office in Khairatabad. The Company Secretary will oversee statutory and regulatory compliance, maintain corporate records,



and ensure timely filings with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies. The role involves preparing agendas, notices, and minutes for board meetings and general meetings, supporting the board and senior management on governance matters, and coordinating with auditors, legal advisors, and regulators. The Company Secretary will manage secretarial documentation, monitor adherence to corporate policies, and support the implementation of best practices in governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
Qualified qualification as Company Secretary (CS) from a recognized institute; additional degrees in Law, Commerce, or Business Administration are an advantage.
Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI and MCA regulations (as applicable), governance frameworks, and statutory compliance requirements for healthcare or diagnostic organizations.
