Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, contribution, and management reports.
- Analyze sales, cost, margins, profitability, and budget vs. actual variances.
- Manage inventory accounting, ageing, reconciliation, and validation.
- Monitor standard vs. actual costs, including material, labour, and overheads.
- Ensure timely monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits; prepare schedules and responses.
- Monitor internal controls, compliance, and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, accounting, costing, and financial analysis.
- Positive understanding of budgeting, GST, taxation, audits, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing/plant finance experience preferred.
