Key Responsibilities
Design interior layouts and concepts for recent and existing 99 Pancakes outlets.
Prepare 2D/3D drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project teams for execution.
Conduct site visits and monitor interior work to ensure timely completion.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor as per brand requirements.
Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and support cost planning.
Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and within budget.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and resolve site-related design issues.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B;, café, QSR, retail, or commercial interiors.
Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.
Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
Solid communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel to different outlet locations for site visits.
