Job Role

We are hiring Technical Customer Service Executives for an international UK telecom process .

n

This is not a complete technical support role . The position primarily involves technical customer service , where you will assist UK customers with telecom-related queries, basic troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.

Handle customer calls from the UK and provide professional assistance.

Understand and resolve customer queries related to telecom services.
n
Perform basic technical troubleshooting and guide customers through solutions.

Provide clear information about products, services, and connectivity issues.
n
Maintain valuable customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.

Eligibility

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good English communication skills are required.
n
Candidates should have good listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Willingness to work in UK shifts/night shifts .
