Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate MEP works at site, including HVAC, Fire Fighting and associated building services. Review drawings, coordinate with civil/architectural teams and resolve site-level technical issues. Monitor contractor activities, workmanship, progress, quality and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning and documentation as required. Support project planning, progress monitoring and timely completion of works. Maintain effective communication with the PMC, client, consultants and contractors while following safety requirements.

Mandatory

Experience & Qualification Candidates should have solid experience in Residential, Commercial, High-Rise and Government Construction Projects, with practical exposure to MEP, HVAC and Fire Fighting Systems.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
