As we expand our distribution footprint across India, we are looking for professionals who can establish high-impact partnerships with wealth management firms, IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, private banks, and other distribution channels to accelerate our growth.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Build and manage relationships with IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, Wealth Management Firms, National Distributors, Family Offices, and Private Banks.
n
Drive AUM mobilization and revenue growth for Green Portfolio's PMS and AIF offerings through distribution partners.
n
Identify, onboard, and activate recent channel partners across assigned regions.
n
Conduct partner meetings, product presentations, training sessions,



and investor awareness programs.
n
Work closely with the Investment and Marketing teams to position products effectively across distribution channels.
n
Strengthen partner engagement and ensure consistent business generation from existing relationships.
n
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
n
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business and AUM targets.
n
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

n

n
8–12 years of experience in Distribution/Channel Sales within PMS, AIF, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
n
Strong network among IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, National Distributors, Wealth Management Firms, Family Offices, and Private Banks.
n
Proven track record of achieving AUM and revenue targets.
n
Solid relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
n
Valuable understanding of PMS, AIF, capital markets, and investment products.
n
