Job Title: Senior sales Manager

Location: Jaipur

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior sales officer to lead and manage the company's sales and marketing operations in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) segment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the HORECA segment.
Identify recent business prospects and build long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and institutional clients.
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in the HORECA, hospitality, FMCG, coffee equipment, or food service industry.
Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Robust understanding of sales planning, marketing strategies, and key account management.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
