Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall experience.
Relevant Analytics Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Analytics.
Team Handling: Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team, ideally handling 5–8+ members .
Stakeholder Management: Robust stakeholder management is the key requirement, as the role is 70–80% stakeholder management and team handling .
Technical Skills: Around 20% of the role involves SQL/Python coding . Strong hands-on expertise is preferred. ML is valuable to have but not mandatory .
Digital Product/App Experience: Candidates should have experience working on digital products/apps , with a good understanding of:
User journey and customer experience
Current feature creation/enhancements
Product/project delivery
Role Focus: Primarily to manage stakeholders, lead the team, and ensure timely and effective project deliverables.
