Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – DCS & Automation with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control system projects. The candidate should have solid exposure to ABB 800xA, Allen-Bradley PLC, and Emerson DeltaV DCS systems and should be capable of handling project engineering activities from engineering through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Execute automation and DCS projects as per project requirements and timelines.
Perform DCS/PLC engineering, configuration, programming, and system integration.
Work on ABB 800xA, Allen-Bradley PLC, and Emerson DeltaV systems.
Develop and modify control logic, graphics, I/O configuration, and system databases.
Review engineering documents including I/O lists, control narratives, logic diagrams, and instrument details.
Participate in FAT, SAT, loop checking, I/O testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal engineering teams for project execution.
Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Troubleshoot DCS/PLC hardware, software, communication,



and control logic issues.
Prepare project documentation, test reports, and commissioning records.
Ensure projects are completed within defined quality, schedule, and technical requirements.

Education

Bachelor's/Diploma in:

Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Automation Engineering or a related field.

Experience Required
5–7 years of relevant experience in DCS, PLC, industrial automation, or control system projects.
Hands-on experience with ABB 800xA, Allen-Bradley, and/or Emerson DeltaV is preferred.
Experience in project execution, commissioning, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
