Roles & responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
Develop and manage vendors/suppliers and negotiate prices.
Handle Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery.
Coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores, Quality and Finance for material requirements.
Handle Import & Export documentation and shipment coordination.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery and cost.
Prepare purchase reports, MIS and maintain procurement records.
Resolve supplier-related delivery, quality and commercial issues.
Ensure procurement as per company requirements, budget and policies.
Preferred candidate profile : Candidate should have robust procurement and negotiation skills, valuable supplier network/development experience, and practical knowledge of Import & Export documentation and international logistics.
