Experience: 5–8 Years

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Python development
Kafka and event-driven architecture
Distributed systems and microservices
Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge
Experience in SaaS platform development
System design, scalability, and performance tuning
Git, CI/CD, and Linux
Experience building and supporting production-grade applications

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications
Build and integrate event-driven systems using Kafka
Develop reliable microservices and distributed systems
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
Follow best practices for code quality, CI/CD, and production deployments

Position 2: Python Technical Lead

Experience: 8+ Years

Mandatory Skills
Expert-level Python development
Strong experience with distributed systems at scale
Kafka and event-driven architecture
SQL and NoSQL databases
SaaS platform development




System design and architecture
Microservices, scalability, reliability, and performance
Technical leadership and mentoring
Solid experience working in Linux production environments

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable Python-based SaaS platforms
Define technical architecture and engineering best practices
Drive development of distributed systems and microservices
Design and implement Kafka-based event-driven solutions
Ensure system scalability, reliability, security, and performance
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance
Review code and drive engineering quality across the team
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
