WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH MANAGER

nWe’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want a job but wants to build, experiment and grow a business.

nOur businesses span across occult sciences, numerology, astrology, healing, crystals, spirituality, wellness and experiential services/products.
n

nAnd this is NOT a conventional BDM role.
n

nWe’re looking for a multi-tasker, chance-spotter and problem-solver who can help us:
n

n• Identify new business & revenue prospects
n• Build expansion strategies & recent offerings
n• Develop partnerships & collaborations
n• Strengthen our social media & content presence
n• Improve customer experience, retention & CSAT
n• Identify customer needs and turn them into products/services
n• Track competition, trends & emerging opportunities
n• Bring ideas to the table — and actually execute them




n• Work closely with the founders across multiple businesses
n

nIn short: we need someone who can look at the business and say “Here’s what we could do next.”
n

nYou don’t have to be an expert in astrology, numerology or crystals.
n

nBut curiosity about these spaces is a BIG plus.
n

nWe’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, creative, highly proactive and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
n

nLocation: Gurgaon
nExperience: 3–7 years
nFull-time
