Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound patient/customer calls
- Follow up with leads and prospective patients
- Explain SAAOL healthcare programs and services
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with patients
- Handle queries and maintain call/follow-up records
- Achieve calling and lead conversion targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0-4 years experience; freshers can apply
- Good Hindi & basic English communication
- Confident, polite and convincing personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Female candidates preferred
Salary & Benefits
18,000 - 28,000/month
