Inside Sales Executive - Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company.

You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals over the phone or

through virtual meetings. Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities will be key

in building strong relationships with potential customers.

Duties and Responsibilities :

● Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements

● Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or

cross-sell our products or services.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of current accounts and

effective resolution of any issues or concerns.

● Identify the business opportunities by identifying prospects

● Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects,

recommending solutions.

● Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data

sources.





● Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads

● Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and

identify upselling opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications:

● Any Graduate(UG) or Post Graduate (PG) Degree preferred

● Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

● Adept at building rapport with customers over the phone or through virtual channels

● Strong negotiation and closing skills

● Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

● Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges in a

competitive sales environment
