Job Overview:

HackerKernel is looking for a dedicated and target-driven Upwork Bidder who can generate business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The candidate should have basic experience in bidding and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:
Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write customized proposals
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
Handle client communication (chat, email, calls)
Follow up with prospects and close deals
Maintain bidding records and achieve targets

Required Skills:
Strong written English communication
Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, App, MERN, Shopify,



Webflow, etc.)
Understanding of Upwork bidding process
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Target-driven approach
