We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/outbound calling.
- Fluent in English, with good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Confident, positive, and professional telephone manner.
- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
