- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in BPO hiring or related field.
- Proven track record of success in volume hiring with high accuracy rates.
- Strong understanding of the BPO/Call Centre workplace and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
