Role: SEO Manager/ SEO Team Lead

Location: Thane

Salary: Upto 7 LPA

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Shift timings: Backend - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM Week offs: Sunday

Profile Description & Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing SEO strategies This includes on-page and off-page optimization, and ensuring SEO best practices are integrated across teams
Managing a team This involves leading and mentoring SEO specialists, and providing guidance to ensure they are aligned with business goals
Analyzing website performance This includes analyzing traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with other teams This includes working with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated
Staying up to date This includes staying current on SEO trends, algorithm updates,



and tools
Conducting technical SEO audits This includes ensuring the seamless integration of Google tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
Optimizing content This includes optimizing content for search engines, ensuring high-quality and keyword-rich material

Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Mass Media, Digital Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience.
Robust understanding of various SEO strategies and tools

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
