Requirement : Guidewire InsuranceNow Developer Experience Range : 5 + to 12 Years Work Location(s) : Pan India Locations Work mode : Hybrid Key responsibilities and requirements Lead configuration and implementation of InsuranceNow modules: Policy, Billing, and Claims. Design business rules, workflow automation, and underwriting validations. Customize user interfaces, forms, and system integrations. Define product structures and state-specific regulatory configurations. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams Candidate Requirements 5+ years of overall experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance IT systems. Solid hands-on technical proficiency with Guidewire InsuranceNow. Background in mentoring engineering teams and defining technical best practices. Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
