Role & responsibilities A UPS Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems and associated electrical equipment.

This role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted power supply for businesses and institutions that rely on continuous operations.
Education: Diploma or bachelors in electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Technical Skills
Robust understanding of electrical systems and power electronics.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and system diagnostics.
Hands on experience in handling PQ Analyser, Imagers, etc.
Thorough knowledge of UPS and batteries both VRLA and LIB
Capable to handle service and Projects
Client Interaction, Soft Skills, and Operational requirements
Effective communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
Two-wheeler (for field mobility) may be required in some roles.
Must adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
Occasional overnight stays may be required
Field-based role with travel to client sites.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.




Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
Maintain a professional demeanour and promote the companys image positively.

Set up and configure UPS systems and related electrical infrastructure.
Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections and testing of UPS systems to identify potential issues.
Diagnose faults and perform in office repairs, including component replacements and system recalibrations.
Respond to breakdowns and emergency service calls promptly.
Minimize downtime by implementing quick and effective solutions.
Recommend and implement upgrades to improve system performance, such as battery replacements or integration of monitoring tools.
Ensuring productive service delivery and customer satisfaction as per agreed SLA.
Developing and implementing service strategies to enhance customer experience and meet service objectives.

Provide technical support to team.
