We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Router Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of CNC Wood Router Machines at customer locations. The candidate should have valuable hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, CNC control systems, spindle, stepper/servo motors, sensors, VFD and machine software Basic knowledge of CNC Router machines. Positive knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Spindle, VFD, Stepper Motor / Servo Motor and Drivers . Knowledge of sensors, proximity switches and limit switches. Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams. Basic knowledge of CNC controllers and machine parameters.
Basic knowledge of CNC software and G-code. Knowledge of machine alignment and calibration. Ability to use basic measuring and hand tools. Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
