Must Have:
Must have Power platform admin knowledge
Knowledge of the M365 Suite tools, data security, app support knowledge, data governance, reporting, DLP policies
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Incident, change, and problem management, as well as continuous service improvement (CSI).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Vendor and escalation management.
Working knowledge of operational budgets.
Valuable to Have:
Project management skills.
Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
Familiarity with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) activities.
