Drives customer retention programs to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Financial and Administrative Operations
Manages the annual budget, tracking revenue, labor costs, and operational expenses.




Monitors department metrics like shop efficiency and average parts sales per repair order.
Oversees inventory by tracking parts, tools, and ordering supplies.

Safety and Compliance
Enforces safety rules to maintain a clean and hazard-free workshop workplace.
Complies with regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and environmental laws.
Follows manufacturer guidelines for processing vehicle warranties and policy claims. [
